All orders are confirmed with an Order Confirmation. It is the customer's responsibility to review this carefully for accuracy. The order confirmation is used as the production specifications for quantities, finishes and seat and back options. This also sets the pricing and delivery of your order.

All pricing is F.O.B. Lapel, IN 46051 and all shipping is by common carrier COLLECT based on weight, dimension and density, unless other arrangements are made. We provide a best way/lowest cost freight estimate upon request, but cannot guarantee a rate from any carrier (rates can change daily).

Any order cancelled after production has begun is assessed a 25% cancellation fee.

Once the specifications are approved and production has begun, custom orders are not returnable and payment is
due in full.

All items supplied by Hickory Furniture Designs are unconditionally warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from receipt of goods. Hickory Furniture Designs offers no warranty on fabrics, leather or cane.

All products in our line are handcrafted and finished. Irregularities in sapling sizes, surfaces and finishes are hallmarks of such craftmnaship and should not be considered defects. The actual items may vary in color from photographs shown on the website.

Exception:  This unconditional warranty is void on any product placed in outdoor environments, including but not limited to covered or screened porches.  Any furniture placed in outdoor environments will require regular maintenance of the finish.
